Delivery & Duties

Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by customs processing or carrier delays.

We ship with international carriers. Once your order is dispatched, tracking is available on our Track Order page. Carrier updates may take time to appear.

Duties & Taxes

Arelonne covers applicable import duties. You should not be asked to pay import duties at delivery. If a carrier requests an import payment, please contact us before paying.

Sales tax, when applicable, is shown at checkout.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to the continental United States only. We are unable to deliver to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
