The first installment is charged at checkout and the remaining three follow every two weeks. Klarna pays us upfront, so your order ships as usual.

If an order is cancelled or returned, we refund the original payment method. Your bank usually shows it within a few business days.

Encrypted end to end: Every page on Arelonne runs over HTTPS (SSL/TLS) encryption. Look for the padlock icon in your browser's address bar — that's this protection, switched on.
Certified payment providers: Payments are processed by third-party providers certified to PCI DSS Level 1, the payment industry's highest security standard. Card details travel straight from your browser to them — never through our servers.
Bank verification: Some orders include an extra verification step known as 3D Secure. Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment by text or in your banking app. It's fraud protection, not a problem with your order.

When am I charged?: Card and PayPal orders are charged in full at checkout. Klarna charges the first installment at checkout, then every two weeks.
Do you store my payment information?: No. Payments are processed by certified third-party providers, and your card details are never stored on our servers.
What if my payment doesn't go through?: No order is placed and nothing is charged. You’ll see the reason at checkout — usually a card limit, an address mismatch, or a bank verification step. You can try another card or switch to PayPal or Klarna.
Can I use two payment methods on one order?: No. Each order is paid with a single method — card, Klarna, or PayPal.
Why does the charge still show as pending with my bank?: Banks sometimes display a completed charge as pending for a day or two. It clears on its own — you're never charged twice.
Are Klarna payments really interest-free?: Pay in 4 splits your order into four equal, interest-free installments. Missed payments may incur fees set by Klarna.
